1. Personal information: Personal information shall mean information related to an individual and includes name, birth date, address, telephone number, images, and other data by which the individual can be identified.

Purpose of use: The Company may ask you to provide personal information, such as address, name, telephone number, and application route, for the purpose of providing services and business information from our partners. While you may choose not to provide such information, please be advised that failing to provide the information may result in not being able to participate in our seminars.

3. Provision and outsourcing of personal information to third parties: The Company shall not supply nor shall it disclose the personal information it has collected to third parties, except where you have agreed in advance and where laws and regulations require the Company to do so. However, the Company may outsource the management of personal information to a partner company with whom the Company has concluded a nondisclosure contract.

4. Disclosure of personal information: If you wish to review your personal information, please submit a request for disclosure. The Company will make an effort to promptly respond to such requests.
