We are pleased to announce the formation of a business tie-up with NAI Tosei Japan, Inc.
In an effort to consolidate the client support system, we formed a business tie up with NAI Tosei Japan, Inc., (main office: Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, president: Tetsuji Komiyama) for the collaboration and mutual provision of information.
NAI Tosei Japan, Inc. is a member of NAI Global, a gloal real estate brokerage company with approx.350 member companies in 55 countries around the world, and is capable of providing real estate information and intermediate consultation services by leveraging the global network of NAI Global. The tie-up will allow the company to promptly provide tenant invitation and commercial leasing information from the NAI Global network to our client companies.
The food service brand information managed under our license management business will be provided to NAI Global member companies on an as-needed basis. The member companies in various nations will act as intermediary agents to preferentially introduce the brands we handle to commercial facility owners and companies interested in handling the brands. We will continue promoting business tie-ups to provide one-stop services required for the overseas expansion of food service companies.
